On Tu B'Av, Beth Gavriel hosted close to 30 couples for a beautiful paint night experience.
The energetic couples filled the ballroom with so much laughter while painting a beautiful portrait of two halves of a bridge that unite into a passage of strength and resilience. Rabbi Tomer Zino, mara d'atra of the Netz Minyan, delivered words of chizuk to the couples. The rav explained that the idea of this painting was to remind the partners in marriage and life that each couple comes from two different homes joined to create their very own bridge. The waters represent the purity in the marriage correlating to the laws of family purity. Lastly, the trees may appear messy but on inspection of their intricate details we see beautiful flowers just like in our own marriages.
Appreciation is extended to Olga Avezov for her incredible work and leading the way to creating this beautiful masterpiece. Also, a big thank you goes to Aahron Avezov who catered a delicious meal from Laffa Bar & Grill.
