Rep. Meeks Meets Kew Gardens And Richmond Hill Jewish Leadership

A meeting was held last Wednesday, August 28 at the home of Aaron Cyperstein with Rep. Gregory Meeks. Due to recent redistricting Congress Member Meeks district now includes all of Kew Gardens and Richmond Hill.

Mr. Cyperstein, a co-organizer, thanked the Congress Member for his unwavering support of Israel, especially during these very trying and difficult times. The gathering was also organized by Rabbi Daniel Pollack, Senior Advisor to Congress Member Grace Meng, and a longtime Kew Gardens resident.

The Foreign Affairs Committee is the committee that advises how much funding and munitions should be allocated to foreign countries including Israel. Congress Member Meeks, the ranking member of this influential committee, stated at the meeting he will continue supporting the needs of Israel, America’s great and reliable ally.
