This past Wednesday was a day to remember at YCQ, filled with joy, laughter, and meaningful moments! Students enjoyed the excitement of the Annual Purim Carnival, complete with thrilling inflatables, fun games, and a special visit from an ice cream truck that added a delicious twist to the celebration.

Adding to the festive spirit, students competed in lively rounds of musical chairs and an intense balloon tower competition, showcasing their creativity and teamwork. But the true essence of Purim shone through as students took part in a heartfelt mishloach manot exchange. Their generosity extended even further with a volunteer initiative in partnership with All About Kindness, where they lovingly packed mishloach manot for those in need.

By the time Purim arrived on Friday, YCQ students were well-prepared to embrace the holiday’s spirit, with a deeper understanding of the Megillah and the opportunity to fulfill the mitzvot of the day.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this Purim week so festive, meaningful, and unforgettable!
