Across its 15+ locations, Chazaq’s Shaping Lives Sunday school program is helping Jewish public school children connect to their heritage in meaningful, hands-on ways.

In anticipation of Pesach, students recently participated in a fun and educational activity—decorating their own Seder plates. This interactive project not only encouraged creativity, but also helped reinforce the meaning behind each of the symbolic items placed on the Seder table.

The excitement in the room was tangible as children eagerly applied their artistic talents, proudly designing plates they will bring home to use at their family Sedarim. These kinds of activities allow students to explore the traditions of Yom Tov in a personal and memorable way.

Through programs like Shaping Lives, Chazaq continues to provide Jewish public school students with the tools to embrace their identity, deepen their connection to Torah, and take pride in their traditions.
