YSZ HS for Girls had the privilege of hearing from Holocaust survivor Mrs. Sally Muschel, who was just 12 years old when the Holocaust began. She shared her personal journey with the students, recounting powerful experiences and reading beautiful poems she wrote during and after the war.
Her heartfelt words, sweet spirit, and deep connection to Yiddishkeit left a profound impact on the girls. Her message was both clear and powerful: “Never forget—you are the future of the Jewish people. Carry these stories with you wherever you go.”
It was an unforgettable morning that deeply touched all who were there, leaving a lasting impression on everyone present.
