Chazaq’s Yaldeinu Extracurricular Program continues to offer children an exciting blend of physical training, artistic expression, and intellectual development, nurturing both mind and body in a supportive environment.
In martial arts class, the boys focused on mastering the proper techniques for kicking and punching, building strength, coordination, and discipline. The instructor guided them through each move with precision, emphasizing both form and safety. As they practiced combinations like double kicks, the boys developed their balance and reflexes, building both skill and self-confidence.
Meanwhile, creativity flourished in both art classes as students worked on beautiful, handcrafted projects. The hands-on activities allowed the children to express their ideas and learn new artistic techniques while fostering a sense of accomplishment. Singing Pesach songs while crafting added a festive atmosphere, helping the children connect their projects to the upcoming holiday.
In the beginner chess group, young players focused on learning how to move the pawn and knight effectively, setting the foundation for strategic thinking and problem-solving. The class encourages patience and concentration as students practice their moves on the board, wrapping up with an exciting chess competition that showcased their newly acquired skills.
The basketball class also kept the energy high, as the boys practiced essential skills like passing and dribbling. Through guided drills and teamwork exercises, they built confidence in their ability to handle the ball and coordinate with their teammates.
Chazaq’s Yaldeinu Program remains committed to providing a holistic learning environment where children can develop practical skills, build friendships, and grow with confidence—all while having fun. The diverse activities offered ensure that every child finds something they love while building both personal and social skills.
