With great joy and unity, Congregation Charm Circle and Congregation Ohr HaTorah, in collaboration with Chazaq and Mercaz Daf Yomi, hosted a remarkable siyum on Masechet Makkot at Ohr HaTorah's beautiful new beit medrash, located on 73rd Avenue, just off 141st Street. The event marked the completion of this important tractate, bringing the community together for an uplifting evening of Torah, camaraderie, and celebration.

The large crowd was treated to a festive BBQ, plof, and lively music, accompanied by joyous dancing. The spirit of Torah learning was palpable as community members rejoiced in the accomplishment of completing Masechet Makkot as part of the daf hayomi cycle. Esteemed guest speakers shared inspiring words of Torah, underscoring the significance of such a milestone and the power of communal learning.

This siyum was not only a celebration of learning but a reminder of the strength and unity of the Queens Jewish community. It was a beautiful expression of our collective commitment to Torah study and the enduring bonds that come from learning together.
