While it was cold outside and public schools were closed for Veterans Day, the warmth inside Chazaq’s JWave Teen Lounge told a different story. Instead of taking the day off, the teens gathered together for meaningful Torah learning, turning a quiet morning into a powerful moment of connection and growth.

The lounge was filled with focused energy as the boys sat around the table, sefarim open, learning together with sincerity and enthusiasm. The sight was inspiring — teens choosing to use their free time to grow in Torah, support one another, and build a strong foundation for the week ahead.

What could have been an ordinary day off became something far greater: a reminder that the fire of Torah doesn’t dim with the weather or the calendar. In Chazaq’s JWave Teen Division, that flame only continues to grow stronger.

Chazaq is proud of these teens for showing up, stepping up, and keeping the warmth of Torah alive — even on the coldest days.
