A joyous Hachnasas Sefer Torah brought music and dancing to the streets of Kew Gardens Hills as community members accompanied a new Sefer Torah to Bet Midrash Tov, under the leadership of Rav Menshe Tzadka shlit”a and with the participation of community rabbanim.

The celebration began along 68th Drive, just off 141st Street, where the final letters of the Sefer Torah were completed. From there, the procession made its way across Main Street to Bet Midrash Tov alongside the Korn’s Torah Truck.

Queens Shmira members assisted with public safety and traffic along the route, helping the procession proceed safely through the neighborhood.

Upon arrival at Bet Midrash Tov, the Sefer Torah was welcomed into its new home with spirited singing and dancing.

Sponsored by Aron Pinkhasov, Shlomo Musaev, and Boris Siyanov, the occasion brought together rabbanim, families, and community members for a memorable celebration in honor of the Torah.
