This past week, Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. visited the Bukharian Jewish Museum in Rego Park, where he met with Executive Director and Founder, Aron Aronov. The museum features Aronov’s personally curated collection of Bukharian Jewish relics and historical artifacts. Aronov spoke about the journey and struggles of the Bukharian Jewish people as they travelled from the Soviet Union to the Western world. The museum is open to the public and free of charge.
